Wrote software in C, PERL and SQL to administer and maintain
over 4,000 user accounts. The software is used by both the help desk and
the other system administrator.

Acted as a Level IV PC Support Tech, provided hardware and
software technical support for escalated help desk problem tickets.

server for staff and faculty.

consisting of a Solaris based sendmail relay server and a Novell based

25,000 news groups read by approximately 1000 users.

Developed and implemented an IP number allocation scheme
using IP numbers assigned from the Internic, and derived from RFC 1918.

Designed, installed and maintained a WinNT/Win95 inter-office

custom software, and provided end-user and administrative training of the
network and many applications including day-to-day use of Win95, MS Office,
and RealBase (custom application).
