I needed a quick and dirty, easy to use tool to allow non geeky people to manage user access. So I thought to myself, "Someone's written this already, just go find one."
After spending about a hour on goolge being totally frustrated by the total and complete crap out there, I've decided to add to the pile!
I give you, htpasswd user manager.
Just feed it your htpasswd files and BLAM! you have a web gui to add/change/delete users. Wheee!
